The sieved resin powder also needs to be metal tested to avoid impurities.
Quality inspection and packaging
The finished resin powder needs to undergo multiple quality inspections, including whiteness, fineness, melt index, etc., to ensure that it meets customer requirements. Qualified products are finally sealed and packaged by an automatic packaging machine, usually in moisture-proof paper bags or ton bags to reduce contamination and moisture absorption during transportation.
