Why choose us
R&D Team
Adhering to the spirit of craftsmanship, we have deeply cultivated the field of superhard material products, continuously invested a large amount of resources in research and development, and gathered a group of skilled and experienced professional R&D talents.
Technology
In 2011, it was the first in the industry to develop and produce white elastic grinding blocks, solving the problem of ceramic polishing at that time.
High Quality
Our products are manufactured or executed to very high standards, using the finest materials and manufacturing processes.

Even sanding: When sanding by hand, it can be challenging to maintain even pressure on the sandpaper, resulting in an uneven surface. Sanding blocks provide a flat and even surface to sand against, ensuring consistent results every time.
Reduced fatigue: Sanding large areas by hand can be tiring, leading to muscle fatigue and even injury. Sanding blocks allow for a more natural grip, reducing the strain on your hands and wrists and minimizing the risk of injury.
Improved accuracy: Sanding blocks are particularly useful for sanding small or intricate areas, as they provide more control and precision than sanding by hand.
Longer lasting sandpaper: Sandpaper can quickly become torn or worn when used by hand, reducing its effectiveness and lifespan. Sanding blocks hold sandpaper securely in place, reducing the risk of tearing and prolonging the life of your sandpaper.
Versatility: Sanding blocks can be used with a range of sandpaper grits, making them suitable for a variety of tasks, from rough sanding to fine finishing.
Choosing The Right Abrasive

Coarse Grits (24 – 50)
Ideal for heavy stock removal, rust removal, and aggressive grinding.
Best suited for welding applications and metal fabrication.
Examples: Removing thick paint, grinding weld seams.

Medium Grits (60 – 100)
Used for blending, smoothing rough surfaces, and light material removal.
Commonly used in automotive and woodworking applications.
Examples: Refining edges, preparing metal surfaces for painting.

Fine Grits (120 – 220 And Above)
Designed for polishing, finishing, and achieving a refined surface.
Preferred in industries like stainless steel finishing and aerospace.
Examples: Smoothing stainless steel, polishing aluminium.
1. Choose the right sandpaper grit for your task.
2. Cut the sandpaper to the size of your sanding block, leaving enough overhang to fold around the edges.
3. Wrap the sandpaper around the block and secure it in place, ensuring it is taut and even.
4. Begin sanding, applying even pressure to the block, and moving it back and forth in a straight line. Avoid applying too much pressure, as this can result in uneven sanding.
5. Check your progress regularly, and adjust the sandpaper or sanding block as needed.
